At Peak Compliance, all employees are required to report ethical and legal violations. This platform provides employees and individuals outside of Peak Compliance with a standardized and confidential channel through which they can report misconduct.

This platform enables Peak Compliance to uphold the highest ethical standards by:

• Empowering employees to voice their concerns without fear;
• Treating those who confide in us with respect and fairness;
• Ensuring confidentiality and protection against retaliation;
• Investigating facts and determining the truth urgently;
• Implementing fair and consistent corrective actions;
• Providing feedback to those who are courageous enough to raise concerns.
